These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Trusted Channel Seller (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By availing our services, you (“Customer”, “Buyer”, or “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1.1 We provide social media promotion services, specifically for WhatsApp Channels.

1.2 Our services include:

Promotion of Customers’ WhatsApp Channels by sharing links on our platforms.

Facilitation of transfer of control/access of WhatsApp Channels (“Channel Transfer”).

2.1 We do not promote Channels that contain:

Vulgar, obscene, or adult content.

Songs, music content, or copyrighted media.

WhatsApp Groups or Communities (strictly limited to Channels only).

2.2 Customers must pay in advance before any promotional activity or Channel Transfer is carried out.

2.3 Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

3.1 Channel Transfer will be completed only upon full and cleared payment by the Buyer.

3.2 The Buyer agrees not to use the Channel for:

Vulgar or obscene content.

Songs or music distribution.

Fraud, scams, or misleading activity.

3.3 Once the Channel Transfer is completed, all responsibilities relating to content, activities, and compliance rest solely with the Buyer.

3.4 We make no guarantees regarding:

Growth, reach, or performance of the Channel post-transfer.

Long-term availability of the Channel, as WhatsApp/Meta reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

4.1 All services (promotion or Channel Transfer) are strictly on a prepayment basis.

4.2 No service shall commence without prior payment.

4.3 Payments made are non-refundable once the service has been executed.

4.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment details. We disclaim liability for failed or delayed transactions due to Customer error.

5.1 We are not affiliated with WhatsApp, Meta Platforms Inc., or any of its subsidiaries. Our services are independent and not endorsed by these entities.

5.2 Customers acknowledge that WhatsApp’s Terms of Service do not officially permit buying or selling of Channels, and that any Channel may be suspended, restricted, or terminated by WhatsApp at any time.

5.3 While a Channel is under our custody, we are responsible for its content. Once the transfer is completed, we disclaim all liability for any messages, content, or activities carried out by the Buyer.

5.4 We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Suspension, deletion, or restriction of a Channel by WhatsApp/Meta.

Buyer’s misuse of the Channel.

Loss of data, revenue, or reputation.

5.5 We reserve the right to refuse promotion or sale requests if they violate our policies or applicable laws.

6.1 We respect Customer privacy and shall not disclose personal details to third parties, except as required by law.

6.2 Customers must respect our confidentiality and shall not disclose internal communications, pricing, or processes publicly without written consent.

7.1 The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trusted Channel Seller and its representatives from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Use of the services.

Content posted on the promoted or purchased Channel.

Any violation of these Terms.

8.1 We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Customers are encouraged to review them periodically.

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan
